🔥 Say Hello to Stromboli: The Cheesy Roll-Up Your Air Fryer Was Born to Bake

If pizza and a sandwich had a delicious little love child, it would be stromboli—and this version is straight fire. Made in the Pampered Chef Deluxe Air Fryer & Oven, it’s golden on the outside, melty on the inside, and perfect for lunch, dinner, or let’s be honest—second dinner.

Whether you’re feeding a hungry crew or just want a quick win in the kitchen, this stromboli recipe is packed with flavor and way easier than it looks. You’ll be rolling in compliments (and maybe cheese).

🧀 Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg (13.8 oz / 391 g) refrigerated classic pizza dough
  • Flour for dusting
  • ¾ tsp Italian seasoning, divided
  • 40 slices pepperoni (about 3 oz / 90 g)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • Oil for spritzing
  • Optional: Warmed pizza sauce for serving

👩‍🍳 Directions:

  1. Unroll pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface. Roll it into a 16″ x 10″ rectangle. Sprinkle with ½ tsp of Italian seasoning.
  2. Cut dough in half widthwise. Layer with pepperoni, then sprinkle both cheeses evenly.
  3. Starting on the short side, roll each half into a log and pinch the ends to seal the cheesy goodness inside.
  4. Use a paring knife to make 5 small slits on each roll for steam to escape. Sprinkle with remaining seasoning.
  5. Set your Deluxe Air Fryer & Oven to Convection Bake for 16 minutes. Spritz your Sheet Pan with oil and place the stromboli on it.
  6. When the display says “Add Food,” pop that pan in and press start. Rotate halfway through for even baking.
  7. Need more time? Hit that handy +1 minute button until it’s golden perfection.

Serve warm with a side of pizza sauce for dipping—because why not go all in?

💡 Pro Tip:

You can totally customize your stromboli! Add sautéed veggies, swap in sausage, or go full veggie supreme. Whatever you do, don’t skip the cheese. Ever. 🧀
